Construction work is underway on the Forest office buildings in Warsaw. The investment will offer a total of 78,000 sqm of workspace, as well as retail and food units on the ground floors. The project includes the regeneration of the surrounding road, pavements and building a new bike path. The Forest buildings will offer a total of up to 500 bike stalls.The investment is one of the largest projects in Europe certified against the BREEAM, BREEAM Communities and WELL schemes. Construction works on Forest will last until the end of 2021, with the first stage of the campus scheduled to complete at the beginning of the year 2021.The developer of the project is HB Reavis.
