Panattoni has started work on a new warehouse facility in the Tricity region. Panattoni Park Tricity East III will offer 33,000 sqm. The park will be completed in a single phase and has already secured tenants for more than 26,000 sqm. The mix includes logistics operators like Greenyard Logistics Poland, which provides services to the FMCG sector and will take 12,000 sqm, and Omega Pilzno, specializing in comprehensive supply chain services, which leased 14,500 sqm. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2021.
