The Astro Companies has broken ground on InTown, a 320 unit condominium in Little Havana. Located about a mile west of downtown at 1900 South West Eighth Street, it will consist of two buildings. Priced at $325 per square foot, the units will range in size from 660 to 1,100 square feet with townhome style units coming in at 1,464 square feet. The project includes 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail and a 14,000 square foot pool deck.
