Construction on the Romanian market increased by 10.4 percent y-o-y in August, the second biggest leap in Europe. Romania was surpassed only by Sweden, which reported a 13-percent increase in its construction sector in August, according to a Eurostat report.
The biggest drops in construction were reported in Slovenia (15.5 percent), France (9.2 percent) and Hungary (6.1 percent).
