H&S Properties and The Bozzuto Group have completed Liberty Harbor East, a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. The 21-story building will feature 33 condominiums, 282 apartment units and a 50,000 sq ft Whole Foods Market, set to open in early 2020. The 30,000 sq ft 9th-floor amenity space will feature a pool, library, study, lounge, private dining areas, yoga studio and a fitness area. Constructed on the foundation of Bethlehem Steel’s historic Fairfield Yard, the asset was 69 percent leased at the time of completion.
