The Mogilska 43 office building in Krakow has signed a new tenant. The new tenant, whose name was not disclosed but is part of the consulting sector, will occupy 1,200 sqm on the fifth floor. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. The building is now 90 percent leased. Mogilska 43 offers 12,000 sqm on eight floors. A multifunctional co-working area is situated on the first floor. Mogilska 43 Cowork offers a variety of space for lease, including offices suitable for both small and large companies, meeting rooms, dedicated desks and hot desks with access to all of the amenities one expects from traditional offices.
