An international open competition for the development of a conceptual urban planning solution for the Cerovo complex in Montenegro has been launched as part of a plan to establish a hub for the creative industries in the country. The UNDP is inviting architects, architectural associations, institutions and companies to submit ideas for the adaptation of the Cerovo military complex in Bijelo Polje. The former military complex is supposed to become a regional creative hub that will help strengthen the creative and cultural industries in northern Montenegro. Submissions are due by April 25.
