Continental Realty Corporation places Matthew Johnson in charge of Asset Management

The Baltimore-based commercial real estate company, Continental Realty Corporation has hired Matthew Johnson to the newly-created position of Vice President of Asset Management. In his new role, Johnson will oversee all Asset Management functions of the company, with special emphasis on managing its extensive capital improvement program. He spent the past five years working in asset management for Alex. Brown Realty. Johnson has also held positions with M&T Bank and Obrecht Commercial Real Estate. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Washington College and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Johnson is also a veteran, having served five years in the United States Navy.
