Continental Realty has selected Joe Schaefer to the newly-created position of Real Estate Manager. Schaefer previously served as Director of Operations. In his new role, Schaefer will support the Commercial, Multifamily and Construction divisions of the company to enhance or drive forward specific projects. He will conduct research on property-level capital projects, reporting and benchmarking company operations against identified industry peers, creating financial models and handling special assignments. Schaefer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He also holds a commercial real estate license in the State of Maryland and Washington, D.C. and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
