Continental Realty Corporation has selected Joshua Kaska as Project Manager in the companies Construction Division. In his new role, Kaska will oversee the capital improvement and construction activities for various multifamily properties in the firm’s portfolio expanding across six states. His duties will include contract management, vendor oversight, project scope development, budget administration, and critical path scheduling. Prior to joining Continental Kaska held management positions with NVR, Inc., JPI, and Home Properties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Urban Development, a Master in Business Administration from Point Park University in Business Management, and has professional certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Process Improvement, and Master Project Scheduling.
