Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, Continental Realty Corporation, has announced the promotion of Alisha Covington-Jackson to Senior Property Manager. Previously serving as a Property Manager, Covington-Jackson has been with the company since 2007. Her new responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day property management functions at the Doncaster Village and Kenilworth at Perring Park apartment communities. Covington-Jackson has earned National Apartment Leasing Professional and Certified Apartment Manager designations, and is a member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. “Alisha is a creative, driven and important component of our property management team, and this promotion reflects our appreciation of her long-term efforts,” explained Anne Angel, Vice President, Residential Division for Continental Realty Corporation. “Her leadership abilities were particularly on display during the repositioning activities of our Perring Park apartment community.”
