Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation has closed on the disposition of Aventine at Naples, a 350 unit apartment property in Naples, Fl. The asset was acquired for $67 million, or just under $191,430 per unit, by Advenir Inc., which is based in Aventura, Fl. Located at 9300 Marino Circle in South Naples, the apartment complex recently underwent an upgrade of its unit interiors and renovated the property’s clubhouse and outdoor facilities. The seller bought the property for $44.3 million in 2013. Brokerage firm ARA Newmark, led by Executive Managing Director Hampton Beebe, represented Continental Realty during the sale.
