ConvergenCE acquired the Central Business Center in Budapest from Immofinanz. The price of the deal was not released. The building offers 10,000 sqm of office space and parking for 156 vehicles in an underground garage. The property also includes an 800 sqm courtyard with a restaurant. It was constructed in the 1990s and renovated in 2015. āIn the future, we will reconceptualize communal areas and amenities, improve maintenance efficiency and give the building a new identity,ā said Csaba Zeley, head of asset management at ConvergenCE. This is the companyās fifth office investment since 2015. Its portfolio also includes KĆ”lvin Square and CityZen and ĆrpĆ”d Center.
