ConvergenCE was named property manager of Baross 52, Duna Office Centre and Kálvin Centre in Budapest. The portfolio totals 30,000 sqm and was recently acquired by a UK-based investment management fund.
“This way we can guarantee the highest quality services to the owners and the tenants through our repositioning and lease up of this portfolio,” said Csaba Zeley, asset management director at ConvergenCE. “We have found that the synergies offered by combining asset and property management add significantly to the quality management of our buildings and the satisfaction level of our tenants. This is at the core of protecting real estate values.”
