After last years purchase of Budapest Business Center from Immofinanz, ConvergenCE now plans to renovate the 10.000 square meter office building located on the Buda side of the Danube. The projects last refurbishment took place back in 2015, but due to the prime location of CBC, the investor aims at meeting the latest office trends, including communal areas, amenities and improving maintenance efficiency. The Central Business Center was opened back in 1994 and it was considered as one of the highest quality office buildings in Budapest.
