Convey Health Solutions has leased 50,000 square feet for a 500 employee contact center in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Built in 1996, the property on 10th Street is owned by Fields Realty. The Fort Lauderdale based company provides technology enabled solutions for major health insurance companies. CBRE’s Scott and Ryan Nunes arranged the lease on behalf of Convery.
“To support our client’s near-term growth, CBRE was able to undertake a comprehensive study of the impact a new center would have to existing business operations, coupled with an examination of the employee base and the potential to make the required new hires in a very tight time frame,” said Ryan Nunes, Associate, with CBRE Occupier Services. “Within a 90-day window, CBRE was able to successfully identify and negotiate operations and economic terms that met both short and long-term needs.”
