Ana Group, headed by George Copos, signed with Austrians from Strabag to start building the Ana Tower offices, which will be ready by the end of next year. The estimated value of the contract is approximately 39 million euro excluding VAT, and involves the construction of a 24-floors office building with a total rental surface of 40,000 sqm with an average of 1,378 sqm per floor and 358 parking spaces arranged on three floors in the underground. Downstairs there will be shopping areas as well as an area for restaurants.
