COPRO has acquired residential and commercial property in Stuttgart in a transaction whose purchase price was not disclosed. The facade and balcony of the property, located at Alexanderstraße 53 in the Mitte district, will undergo renovation. The residential space of 826 sqm over 5 floors is currently fully let with units of up to 69 sqm. The commercial space on the first floor is occupied by two tenants. COPRO Immobilienmanagement will be responsible for the commercial and technical management of the newly acquired property. Kreissparkasse Göppingen is in charge of the project financing.
