Cordia breaks ground on Horyzont Praga in Warsaw

17 September 2019

Cordia, the residential development subsidiary of Futureal Group, broke ground on Horyzont Praga in Warsaw. At nearly 55 meters, the project will be the tallest residential tower in the Polish capital. The Hungarian developer is building 164 apartments on 18 floors. Completion is planned for Q3 2021. “The Polish property market has always provided good investment opportunities, since the domestic economy and the newly built apartment market have always remained stable, even during the years of the global financial crisis. Beyond economic stability, the market is also predictable as developments can be carried out within a properly regulated environment, and VAT of new residential buildings is 8 percent,” said Tibor Földi, CEO of Cordia.
