Cordia Romania, part of Futureal, bought a 18,000 sqm parcel of land on Laminorului boulevard in northern Bucharest. Located on the shores of Lake Grivita, the land will be used for a residential project that will target the local housing market’s premium-average segment. Cordia paid between €1m and €2m for the land. The developer is currently in the urban planning phase of the project.
