Cordia Romania sold 85% of Parcului20’s first phase, comprising of 265 apartments and 40% of the residential project’s second phase, comprising of 220 units.
Cordia Romania, member of Futureal Group, announces that the structural frame for Parcului20, the residential project the company is developing in Expoziției area, North Bucharest, is now complete.
“The community in Parcului20 is growing, as the residents started to move into their new apartments in the first phase in March 2021,” said Mauricio Mesa Gomez, country manager Cordia Romania and Spain and member of Cordia`s Board of Directors. “Parcului20 phase one is currently 85% sold, and the sales reached 40% for the project’s second phase. We have recently finalized the structural frame for Parcului20’s second phase, on which we have started construction works in November 2020,” Gomez added further.
Parcului20 is among the first smart residential projects in Romania, all its apartments being equipped with integrated state-of-the-art smart home systems. Over 3,000 square meters of private garden, charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle parking spaces, yoga garden and outdoor equipment for calisthenics are amongst the main differentiators, as the project is designed for livability and energy efficiency.
