Cordia’s Park Residence – the latest among multiple award-winning Corvin Promenade’s residences – is Futureal Group’s most recent project recognized by an illustrious award. The ’Best Residential Development of the Year 2016’ award was bestowed by CIJ Journal, a leading real estate media outlet.
The award honors the fact that Park Residence – besides incorporating unique architectural solutions – lives up to its name by being an atmospheric green island right in the heart of the city. The large size inner garden with its special planning, the colorful benches, the green parterres and the vertical garden at the entrance create a harmonious out-of-town atmosphere. The building’s energy efficiency levels are significantly above the value set by regulations, and its 227 flats are each complemented by a balcony, while its top floor comprises of luxury apartments.
Tibor Földi, Cordia’s chief executive officer commented: „We are proud of the fact that Corvin Promenade’s latest development was honored by a prestigious international award. The development was a clear success among buyers as well, as all flats have been sold in the building, expected to be completed by the beginning of next year.”
Park Residence is not the first Cordia development that received an award, since the area surrounding the buildings, Corvin Promenade is also an internationally reputable, awarded location. The promenade – one of Futureal Group’s best-known projects – is Central Europe’s most significant urban regeneration project that won the International Property Award Best Mixed Use Development Europe and the Urban Land Institute Global Awards for Excellence, considered ‘the Oscars of the urban and property development business’. Most recently, Cordia’s Thermal Zugló 2 project was voted as best property development in Budapest among large-scale residential projects on the readers’ poll of Portfolio, one of Hungary’s leading business news websites.
