Cordia Romania started construction works on the second phase of the Parcului20 residential project in northern Bucharest’s Expozitiei area. The first phase of Parcului20 is currently more than 70 percent sold, and Cordia has already signed more than 30 reservations for apartments in the second phase, which will include 220 apartments, according to Mauricio Mesa Gomez, country manager of Cordia Romania and Spain and member of the company’s board of directors. Concelex, which built the first phase of the Parcului20, was appointed general contractor for the second phase of the project.
