Cordia Polska has started pre-sales at the Horyzont Praga residential building in Warsaw. The project is underway at the junction of Ostrobramska and Rodziewiczówny streets in the city’s Praga district and will offer 164 apartments on 17 floors. Flats will range in size from 35 sqm to 128 sqm and include balconies, terraces, loggias or gardens. Retail and services units will be situated on the ground floor. At 55 meters, Horyzont Praga will be the tallest building in Cordia’s European portfolio. The general contractor is Kalter, while Latergrupa Architekci designed the project. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.
