Cordia Romania acquired four plots of land, totaling 8 ha, in northern Bucharest, where it is planning to develop residential projects for the medium- and medium high-end segments. The company said it will invest €100m into the projects. Cordia, the residential development arm of part of Futureal Group, is also investing €40m into a condominium project in northern Bucharest. The company secured a building permit for the project, Parcului20, in December and intends to deliver 260 apartments in the first phase of the project by September 2020.
