Core Capital Investments bought the 124-room Aloft Hotel in Harlem for $33.8m. The California-based buyer paid $272,580 per room key for the property. The asset is housed inside a hotel condominium that’s part of the Apex condominium building at the corner of West 124th Street. RCG Longview was the seller of the 57,000 sq ft hotel. The deal was completed with a $20.9m acquisition loan from United Overseas Bank.
