Construction and development company DBEST completed core shell of Felicidad building on November 26, 2012. The project is located in former vacant lot in Brno center, on high street Krenova. Eight storey structure is going to offer 20 apartments, retail space (leaseble area 138 sq.m.) on the ground floor and office space (leaseable area 905 sq.m.) on upper floors. The building designed by ALBATROS architects will be equipped by more energy saving appliances including heat pumps, solar panels, photovoltaic systems. Developer will apply for LEED certificate after the project completion planned in June 2013.
