The Austrian investment fund Core Value Capital, the owner of one of the largest solar parks in Romania, is preparing to start the construction of its first residential project in Romania. Each of the 619 designed apartments will have an annual production of 1,100 kwh from photovoltaic panels, equivalent to half of the standard average consumption.
The Austrians have prepared the site of the Vienna Parkside Residence project in the Berceni district of the Capital and construction work will soon begin. The investment is to be made on a plot of about 2 hectares bought by a company of the Austrian group in 2021 from the businessman Horia Culcescu.
The investment in this project was estimated at around EUR 50 million by LSG Group, which will have the role of builder of the residential complex.
