The first building of Coresi Business Park’s second phase, offering 8,300 sqm of space, has been completed in Brasov. A second building is under construction and will deliver an additional 8,500 sqm by the second quarter of next year. The second phase Coresi Business Park will include three low-height, class A office buildings totaling 25,000 sqm. The first building, L1, is already fully leased and is in the process of obtaining BREEAM Very Good certification.
“We notice a lot more interest from prospective tenants in terms of quality of fit-out works, including materials and components used, as well as compliance to prevention and firefighting regulations and other aspects of health and safety at work,” said Silviu Savin, a partner at Ascenta Management, the project’s developer. Coresi Business Park currently offers more than 30,000 sqm of class A office space. Once completed, the park will offer a total of 100,000 sqm in the coming years.
