The company Coresis Management has bought a mixed-use property located at Louisenstrasse 63 in Bad Homburg. The building offers a total of 3,600 sqm space, of which one-third constitutes retail space. MAB Development Germany subsidiary was the vendor, with NAI Apollo listed as the the only broker involved in the transaction. The price of the investment was not revealed, but it’s been reported that MAB invested €16m to refurbish the property. The main tenants of the building are E-Plus, La maison de Frites and Wiener Feinbäcker Heberer.
