Corestate Capital Holding S.A. has acquired one of Cologne’s landmarks, the former headquarters of the perfume brand 4711, which it will redevelop into an apartment-hotel project. The scheme’s projected market value is approximately €60m. The property is part of Barthonia Forum, a 70,000 sqm mixed-use residential, commercial and retail area. Located in the city’s Ehrenfeld district, the scheme benefits from direct access to shopping amenities, various restaurants and bars, a gym, a park and public transportation.
