Corestate has purchased land in Berlin’s central district Mitte for a student accommodations development. The company is planning to build a high quality student housing scheme comprising more than 160 residential units on seven floors. When completed, the project will also offer 600 sqm of retail space, public areas as well as a roof top terraces. Earlier this year Corestate opened Austria’s largest residential complex for students in Vienna featuring 589 fully furnished micro apartments.
