CA Immo has secured new lease agreements, totaling 2,200 sqm, at Tower 185 in Frankfurt. The new tenants include Corestate Capital Group and Henderson Global Investors. The 55-story, 100,000 sqm skyscraper in the city’s Gallus district is now more than 90 percent leased. PricewaterhouseCoopers (60,000 sqm) is the building’s anchor tenant. Other tenants include Mayer Brown LLP, Dechert LLP and Winheller, Excellent Business Center, CBRE Global Investors and HKP Group.
