Cornerstone ceremony for InCity project

18 December 2012

A cornerstone ceremony was held this month for the first phase of the InCity project in Warsaw. The eight-story apartment building is currently underway in the Wola district. The project broke ground in March 2011. Once completed, the first phase of InCity will add 164 flats to the Warsaw market, which are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2013. The investor, Okam Development, expects to start working on the second phase of the project next year. The whole project will include 483 new flats that are expected to be delivered by the end of 2017. The Polish builder Unibep is overseeing construction.
