The cornerstone was laid for Skanska’s Malta House in Poznań yesterday, a building that’s expected to bring 15,700 sqm of new office space to the local property market. The ceremony for the building located on Poznań’s Malta lake was held at Abpa Antoniego Baraniaka street. “What makes Poznań more attractive place for the new investments of the BPO, SSC or R&D sector is high quality office space. The new building, developed according to the highest standards, makes it easier for us to attract new investors, as well as developing the ones that are already operating here,” said the city’s mayor Jerzy Stępień, at the cornerstone ceremony.
