CORPUS SIREO Real Estate, Cologne, has acquired a plot of land in the Altona district of Hamburg. The 1,100 sqm site is located on the corner of Holstenstrasse 73/75 and Thadenstrasse 164. The seller is a well-known German commercial developer. The beginning of the sales activities and construction is scheduled for early 2019. CORPUS SIREO expects the completion of the development in early 2021. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. CORPUS SIREO plans to build around 55 apartments in Altona. The new-built units range from micro-apartments for students to family-friendly apartments with up to four rooms.
