Corpus Sireo Real Estate has acquired two residential projects in Cologne and Bremen for its German pension funds. Construction is underway on the project in Cologne’s Ehrenfeld district, with completion scheduled for the end of this year. The seller is “die projektisten.” The five-story building will feature 91 fully furnished units on 2,620 sqm. The second residential project is located in Bremen’s Überseestadt district. The project will offer 58 residential units, two commercial units and an underground garage. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. The seller is Kontorhaus KSS GmbH. The purchase prices were not disclosed.
