Corpus Sireo and FOM Real Estate have started construction of a new office building in Berlin for the insurer Allianz. The property will be located on 27,000 sqm plot on Rudower Chaussee in Berlin’s Aldershof district and will offer 50,000 sqm of leasable area. The companies have just signed a long-term lease agreement with Allianz for the planned investment. Colliers International advised during the lease transaction. Completion and handover of the property is set for the first quarter of 2019.
