Corwin Capital is planning to develop a new residential project along Račianska street in Bratislava. Polyfunkčny bytový dom, to go up next to a Lidl supermarket, will offer 170 flats in two towers. The project is currently in the early planning stages but has a longer history. Architecture studio M S arch first unveiled the scheme four years ago. The design calls for retail, a café or restaurant, offices on the second and third floors and flats on the upper levels. The original investor and owner of the site, Prvá správcovská vodárenská spoločnost, hoped it would be able to complete the €25m project in 2016. Multiple appeals blocked the process, however, before Corwin stepped in and took over the project.
