The official marketing for the mixed-use project Cosmopolitan won’t begin until 2012 but the developer Tacit Development is already talking up the scheme. Located on Twarda Street in the center of Warsaw, it will offer 252 flats and 6,000 sqm of retail and office space after completion, which is scheduled for the end of 2013. The investor plans to fill the commercial space with banks, restaurants and stores.
