CPD (former Celtic Property Development) is teaming up with Unidevelopment on a new residential project for Warsaw’s Ursus district. CPD will provide the land, while Unidevelopment will oversee project development and sales for the first phase. The profit will be split equally.
The first phase of the investment involves the commercialization of a 8.9 ha plot, which will offer 102,000 sqm of residential and retail space. The project is set to go up at the corner of Hennela and Dyrekcyjna streets. “The contest for the architectural design will be launched shortly, and construction is expected to start in the second half of 2015,” says Zbigniew Gościcki, CEO of Unidevelopment.
