4 February 2020

CPI has acquired Equator II, a fully-leased 23,000 sqm office building in Warsaw. It’s the latest in a spree of acquisitions in the Polish capital for the Czech-based company that’s seen it buy buildings such as Green Corner and Eurocentrum in recent weeks. Equator II was built in 2011 by Karimpol Polska which had held the building until this deal. “CPIPG is delivering on our acquisition pipeline,” said Barbara Topolska, country manager for CPIPG in Poland. “Our office platform is now clearly among the best and largest in Warsaw.”

“The sale of Equator II marks the completion of investment cycle of Karimpol’s successful Equator office complex on Aleje Jerozolimskie which was one of the foundation stones of the Jerozolimskie Business Corridor. The second transaction with CPIPG in Warsaw proves the investment grade quality of our products to large institutional investors throughout Central Europe,“ said Harald Jeschek, Managing Partner, Karimpol Group.
