CPI acquires stake in Globalworth

CPI Property Group has acquired 13.39 million shares of Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited. The deal amounts to about a 6-percent share. The shares were acquired through a broker on the secondary market. Founded in 2013, Globalworth is a leading owner of income-generating office properties in Poland and Romania with about €2.8bn worth of assets generating more than €180m of gross rental income each year. Globalworth’s portfolio includes Skylight & Lumen in Warsaw and Globalworth Tower in Bucharest.
