CPI Property Group signed an exclusive contract with Eston International to represent it in three of its office buildings in Hungary. Totaling 57,000 sqm of space, the projects include Gateway Irodaház, Balance Irodaház and BOP. “We are happy that we can represent CPI Property Group’s office buildings as joint-exclusive agency,” said Adorján Salamon, CEO of Eston. “As the real estate of CPI Property Group has a good price-value ratio, we are already witnessing interest in the buildings.”
