CPI begins work on Mayhouse offices in Prague 4

14 December 2017

CPI Property Group, a real estate investment group, has begun work in Pankrac – Prague 4 on a new 7,700 sqm office project that’s due for completion in the first half of 2019. The building, to be called Mayhouse, will fill an open space along 5. Kvetna street on a site that will offer views not just frontage along the busy Magistral road, but of the Prague Castle.

“In preparing the MAYHOUSE project, we principally concentrated on the efficient use of space for larger and smaller companies,” said Pavel Hain-Schmiedbersky, Senior Office Asset Manager at CPI Property Group. “The building minimises common corridors and other “deaf” spaces and is very flexible in terms of office size.” The developer says the location offers two metro stations, Pankrác and Pražského povstání, within walking distance. Underground parking will be offered along with bicycle storage, groundfloor retail and service units. PSJ is the contractor.
