CPI buys Felicia shopping center

13 April 2017

CPI Property Group bought the Felicia shopping center in Iasi. This is CPI’s first acquisition in Romania. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The acquisition is part of a wider portfolio package that includes 11 commercial centers, totaling 265,000 sqm. CBRE represented CPI in the deal.
