CPI Group has further expanded its Czech portfolio with the acquisition of seven logistics warehouses and two supermarkets. It carried out the transaction through its subsidiary, CPI Delta, buying T.Land, an SPV which owns the properties. CPI paid CZK 400m for the portfolio, which includes seven logistic halls in Vestec, Jažlovice and Čestlice, totaling 11,000 sqm, with a tenant mix that includes such companies as Mapei, Sant-Gobain, ABB and Michael Huber. The two Billa supermarkets CPI bought are located in Tábor and České Budějovice.
