CPI Hotels acquired Mamaison Hotels & Residences in July. The group now has 28 hotels under management including its six new additions in Bratislava, Warsaw, Budapest and Moscow. It will now also operate two Mamaison hotels in Prague and one in Ostrava.
The high-end Mamaison Hotel Pokrovka in Moscow is considered CPI’s the most valuable new asset. Jan Kratina, head of CPI Hotels, says the acquisition of Mamaison Hotels adds diversity to CPI’s portfolio. CPI Hotels was established 20 years ago and has focused on congress hotels in Prague and Czech regional cities. Its brands include Buddha-Bar Hotels & Resorts, Clarion Hotels, Fortuna Hotels a Spa & Kur Hotels.
