CPI Hotels to build in Brno and České Budějovice

CPI Hotels will be building a new 4-star hotel in Brno near the current train station, according to its director Jan Kratina, who said the company’s expansion to the Moravian capital has been long in the making. The new facility is envisioned as a congress hotel. The company is also planning to build a new hotel in the popular tourist destination České Krumlov which will trade under the Mamaison Hotels & Residences trademark. In České Budějovice, CPI will be expanding its Clarion Hotel to give 75 new rooms, while adding a multifunctional congress hall for 800 people and a 260 vehicle garage. Work should be completed in the first half of 2019. CPI Property Group produced a net profit of CZK 12bn in 2017, according to unaudited figures.
