The occupancy rate of CPI Hungary’s portfolio grew 15 percent y-o-y in 2016. The company signed lease agreements on a total of 60,000 sqm for the year. It also spent €5m on development projects, including the total renovation of the Balance Building at the Balance Office Park, which reached 90 percent occupancy in 2016.
